 Room for the whole family, you'll be cosy but well set in this spot. Ample backyard for cricket or space to park the boat. 

You won't know you've lost the car keys for days as everything is within walking distance, - the beach just two minutes out the gate and the general store with everything you need, coffee, milk, ice cream and cold beer for the BBQ -= the stunning Matapouri Bay, one of the most beautiful white sandy beaches on the Tutukaka Coast is moments away.

Open plan living with 3 bedrooms that comfortably sleep 7. The main bedroom has 1 x Queen bed.  Bedrooms 2 and 3 are off the main kitchen dining area with curtained privacy - set up with bunks - one double bunk on the bottom, single on top, and the other bedroom with 1 x single bunk.

This charming bach has full kitchen facilities,  and extras such as games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained in the evenings. Cook a feast on the BBQ and lounge on the outdoor furniture in the private, sunny backyard. This is a great place to bring your children and the family dog (pet fees apply).  Smart TV and stereo in the lounge to keep those backyard BBQ tunes playing.

Guests have full access to the home and outdoor area.

Pet-friendly, though the property is NOT fully fenced. A pet fee of $60.00 per pet is payable and will be arranged after your booking is confirmed. Please be honest and advise of your intention to bring a pet at the time of booking. Any undisclosed pets could result in guests being asked to leave.

Holiday Stays are your local holiday manager and will contact you by email. We are also available by phone and are available locally for any questions or issues you may have during your stay.
We supply the linen, and bed linen configurations are supplied at our discretion based on the number of people booked. Double, Queen and King beds will be automatically assigned to 2 adults unless otherwise advised by you at the time of booking.

We will sort the departure clean too, but there will just be a few things not included.
